Pinnacle Life & Longevity

Quality Standards

How your medication is made, reviewed and delivered.

Every order runs through licensed U.S. pharmacies, an independent provider review and a cold-chain shipment. This page sets out the standards we hold each step to.

Standards we hold every order to

  • Licensed U.S. pharmacies only

Every medication is prepared by a state-licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy (503A) or an FDA-registered outsourcing facility operating under current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP). Nothing ships from an unlicensed source.

  • Prescribed by an independent licensed provider

No medication is dispensed without a prescription. After you order, an independent licensed provider reviews your intake and medical history and decides whether treatment is appropriate. The provider makes the medical decision, not the storefront.

  • The right consultation for your product and state

Compounded 503A products carry a required Doctor Consultation. Ready-to-inject liquids use an asynchronous review where your state allows it, and a live visit where state law requires one. The website shows which one applies before you choose a dose.

  • LegitScript certified

Pinnacle Life & Longevity is LegitScript certified, the independent standard that payment networks and advertising platforms use to verify that a healthcare merchant operates lawfully and transparently.

  • Cold chain and handling

503A compounded vials ship refrigerated and should stay refrigerated. cGMP lyophilized powders are shelf-stable until reconstituted and refrigerated once mixed. Each product page states its format and every label carries its own storage instructions.

  • Dosing stays with your provider

Dosing is a clinical decision that lives with your prescribing provider. Estimated durations on product pages are based on the dosing protocol; for questions, contact Patient Support at +1 (888) 471-9962.

  • Discreet, tracked delivery

Approved prescriptions ship directly from the pharmacy in discreet packaging with tracking sent to your email, typically within 2–5 business days of approval.

  • Damaged or non-conforming shipments

Compounded medications cannot be returned once dispensed. If a shipment arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours and we will coordinate a replacement.

Sourcing

Two ways a medication reaches you

Both routes are U.S.-licensed and provider-prescribed. The difference is how the medication is made and how it arrives, and the website labels every product with its format so you can choose knowingly.

503A

Compounded, ready to inject

Compounded for you by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy, which prepares each order against an individual prescription. Arrives in solution — no reconstitution required. Use as directed by your prescribing provider. A Doctor Consultation is required with every 503A purchase to coordinate your prescription and is added to your cart automatically.

cGMP

Freeze-dried — you mix it yourself

cGMP stands for current Good Manufacturing Practice — the federal quality standard that commercial drug manufacturers follow. These products come from an FDA-registered outsourcing facility that manufactures in inspected batches under that standard, rather than compounding one prescription at a time. Ships as a freeze-dried powder; you reconstitute with bacteriostatic water per the included instructions. Generally a lower price point. A provider consult is available as an optional add-on — except for GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), which require one in every format, cGMP included.
